Aisha Williams de Riva founded RAINA following a career spanning diplomacy, international affairs, entrepreneurship and private capital.
Her experience has crossed public and private institutions, international environments and work involving capital, enterprise and long-term decision-making.
That experience informed the creation of RAINA: an independent Office designed to maintain context across the decisions, relationships and specialist advice that shape a principal's wider direction.
RAINA was established not as a personal practice, but as an Office capable of holding relationships and mandates with continuity over time.
